Snowflake provides a cloud data platform that allows any organization to tap into the true value of their data — letting them collaborate to reveal insights, create business opportunities, and identify customers in the moment.

Snowflake’s rapid growth and appetite for large-scale events provided a platform to create unique and engaging motion at scale. I led concept development for video and motion spanning creative campaigns and internal talent brand content. From initial script and style frame creation to storyboards and motion direction.

This video series was designed to spotlight employees living the Snowflake values. The graphic theme shows how each employee is a fundamental building block to the success of Snowflake, and how integral the company values are. Published on a semi-regular basis, the internal comms team at Snowflake is able to produce branded videos using a flexible template system of intros, outros, lower thirds, title cards, and transitions to create bespoke stories.

What better way to announce Snowflake’s Data Cloud World Tour in Dubai than a video projection on the tallest building in the world? The campaign was based on bringing snow to the desert and highlighted the cities on the Data Cloud World Tour, culminating in Dubai. The spectacle event was used on social to further promote the event series and dive attention to Snowflake as a global brand.

The graphic treatment and motion is short, snappy, and fun — inspired by news show opening sequences and all centered around the name 2 Minute Flurry. The weekly series gives the Snowflake talent team a quick connection to employees, all in a branded, template based video package.
